Virginia has toll roads located in Northern Virginia, Richmond and Hampton Roads. Each toll road accepts different payment methods to pay the toll. All accept E-ZPass; some have manned toll plazas or automatic coin machines that accept cash; some accept credit cards in the lanes; some require all users to have E-ZPass; and some will send toll bills to customers that don’t have E-ZPass.
